Work schedule during the New Year period 23.11.2025
Dear label artists/clients,
Due to the fact that the New Year holidays are coming, as a result of which the sites are going on vacation, then we, directly, too! Therefore, we ask you to take into account the following information:
1) We will be working, but not in normal mode, details below:
1.1) We will take your tasks/promotions/releases into work and send them to the platforms for moderation once every 2-3 days.
1.2) Dates when we are definitely not working: 12/25/2025; 12/31/20254; 01/01/2026; 01/06/2026; 01/07/2026; 01/08/2026.
1.3) Despite the fact that p1.1, we say that we will work once every 2-3 days, but from 12/27/2025 to 01/11/2026 inclusive, the company will be on vacation.
2) Moderation of the release and/or submission of promo/pitching can be found below:
2.1) If you want to send a release with a pitch for the rest of the current year, then you have 3 days to send the release, the deadline is 11/26/2025 for moderation, therefore the pitch is for 12/26/2025.
2.2) If you want the release to be released on time in January 2026, you have 23 days to submit the release, the deadline is 12/16.
2.3) If you want a release from 12/26/2025 to 11/01/2026, the deadline is 12/09/2025, and if with pitching, then 12/02/2025.
2.4) Keep in mind that sites are now accepting from 14 to 21 days now. Also, the platforms are also on holidays, from 12/27.2025 to 01/11/2026 inclusive, the platforms do not accept releases/pitching/video shots/edits, so the queue in January, as always, will be long until February approximately. Starting from 12/21/2025, the sites usually begin to experience interruptions, so be sure to send everything on time.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence this - it is a banal annual fuss and burden.
